  Actualment la formació permanent del personal docent i investigador que es du aterme des de l’ICE Josep Pallach de la Universitat de Girona procura atendre a lesnecessitats de formació continuada de tot el professorat.El protocol d’actuació orientat a determinar quins són els seus interessos s’adreça ales Facultats i Escoles universitàries, als Departaments i als diferents grups deprofessors /es així com a cadascun/na d’ells/es en particular.En aquesta comunicació es presenten els detalls referents a les accions que s’han duta terme en aquests diferents nivells, fent un especial èmfasi en l’enquesta que s’hautilitzat per a detectar les necessitats individuals del professorat.Igualment es detalla el sistema que s’ha seguit per a triangular les peticionsobtingudes i els resultats i les conclusions que es valoren com a més significatiusper a orientar les futures actuacions.

  Nowadays, the professional development of academic staff provided by ICE JosepPallach at the Girona University, tries to meet the lecturer‘s needs.The protocol aim is to determine which their interests are. Accordingly, theFaculties, the University Schools, the Academic Departments and other private andpublic Education Institutions, are asked. Therefore, each professor (voluntary)answers a questionnaire too This presentation shows the details of the types of training that have been carriedout at the different levels, and emphasizes the survey that we use to identify theprofessors needs.At the same time we show the main characteristics of the whole process, the results,the conclusions and the further initiatives that have been planned for the future
