Resumen de La problemática de los vehículos fuera de uso
This project tries to give a solution to the environmental problem, which is produced by the vehicles that are out of use. From these vehicles, it is recycled, principally; the metallic components, but there are many otherxps elements and fluids, that if they are not properly managed they become a serious problem. Among these fluids we found: engine-oil, brake and suspension fluids, hydraulic steering, cooling and windscreen-wiper water, fuel-oils, air conditioning fluids, batteries and air bag bottles. Some of them are highly pollutant for surface and ground water and the environment, or they can carry many risks with them if they are abandoned. In order to lessen this problem, LElA, has developed a mobile plant of vehicles decontamination, which consists on a tow; an elevator, to make easy the access to the lower parts of the vehicles, and some storage deposits for liquids, batteries or air bag bottles. Besides, LEIA, tries to obtain enough information to determinate the cost average of vehicles decontamination.
