  • In this study; it is carried out a diagnosis of all the looks of the System of Administration of the R.S.U. in the county of Ciudad de la Habana and they propose alternating for the economic development of the R.S.U. in the county; starting from classifying and study the actions according to the politics of the country concerning the protection of the environment and the saving of natural resources.
