  Los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje de nivel universitario consideran para la formación del futuro ciberciudadano métodos y estrategias didácticas que desarrolla el docente haciendo uso de un conjunto de herramientas y recursos digitales orientados para el aprendizaje de las materias curriculares que permiten lograr la educabilidad de los ciberalumnos en todas sus facultades y dimensiones humanas cuya finalidad es el logro de aprendizajes significativos que a futuro le servirán al insertarse en la sociedad como ciudadanos responsables comprometidos con su rol.

  The teaching-learning processes at university level consider educational methods and strategies developedby the teacher for the formation of the future cybercitizen. They make use of a set of digital tools andresources oriented to the learning of the curricular subjects that enable the educability of the cyber studentsin all their faculties and human dimensions. The purpose is to achieve significant learning that, in the future,will serve them to be involved in society as responsible citizens who are committed to their role.
