    América Latina ha sido destacada como una región líder en la puesta en marcha de la cooperación Sur-Sur (CSS). En este sentido, Colombia ha realizado avances importantes estructurando procesos más allá de las tradicionales relaciones bilaterales que se orientan hacia nuevos escenarios, materializados en estrategias regionales de CSS con América Latina, el Caribe, Asia y África.

    Importantes son los avances, aunque también los desafíos.

    L’Amérique Latine apparaît comme une région leader dans la mise en place de la Coopération Sud-Sud. Dans ce cadre là, la Colombie a montré des progrès remarquables en structurant des processus qui vont plus loin que les relations bilatérales traditionnelles: ils s’orientant vers de nouveaux scénarios et développe des stratégies régionales de Coopération Sud-Sud avec l’Amérique Latine, les Caraïbes, l’Asie et l’Afrique.     The region of Latin America and the Caribbean has been prominent as a leading actor in the development and implementation of the South-South Cooperation.

    Recently, Colombia has shown remarkable signs of progress while structuring cooperation processes beyond the traditional bilateral SSC relations, such as the South-South Cooperation Regional Strategies not only among the Latin America and the Caribbean region but also in Asia and Africa. There are already evident achievements, but also significant challenges to overcome.
