Un modelo de mejora de la transferencia de conocimiento entre las ciencias humanas y sociales y las entidades sociales: Desarrollo, validación y estudio de caso en la Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua (México)

    La aparente falta de practicidad de los contenidos generados en las ciencias sociales y humanidades (CSH), supone el planteamiento del problema de esta investigación, ya que contrario a otras disciplinas científicas que se asocian con la aplicación directa del conocimiento en la práctica, aquí se busca identificar posibilidades al vincular a los sectores educativos de nivel superior con entidades sociales, tomando como referencia para ello, la concreción de un modelo de transferencia de conocimiento (TC) específico de las CSH y sus respectivos mecanismos de operación, con lo cual se posibilite tal proceso de conexión entre el sector educativo y el social. A partir de la identificación del modelo y mecanismos de TC basados de la revisión de la literatura, se procedió a realizar una investigación tipo mixta: (1) con la participación de 17 expertos del área de gestión organizacional y de 13 entidades sociales, donde a través de grupos focales se llevó a cabo un proceso de validación; y (2) la aplicación de un cuestionario a 222 docentes del área de CSH adscritos al ámbito educativo superior y a representantes de 24 entidades sociales, quienes evaluaron la pertinencia del modelo y los mecanismos de TC, así como las barreras posibles que se enfrentarían en su aplicación. El resultado de la investigación permitió identificar diversas condiciones y características sobre formas de ejecución de los procesos, así como los aspectos que rodean esta clase de propuestas en cuanto a sus implicaciones, limitaciones y fortalezas que propician llevar esta clase de iniciativas a una realidad.

    The apparent lack of practicality of the contents generated in the social sciences and humanities (CSH), results in the approach ofthe problem of this research, since contrary to other scientific disciplines that are associated with the direct application of knowledge in practice, here, we look for toidentify possibilities by linking the higher education sectors with social entities, taking as a reference for this, the concretion of a knowledge transfer model (TC) specific to the CSH and their respective operating mechanisms, which allows a process of connection between the educational and social sectors. From the identification of the TC model and mechanisms based on the review of the literature, a mixed type investigationwas carried out: (1) with the participation of 17 experts from the area of organizational management and 13 social entities, where through focus groups a validation process was carried out; and (2) the application of a questionnaire to 222 teachers in the area of CSH assigned to higher education and representatives of 24 social entities, who evaluated the relevance of the model and the mechanisms of theTC, as well as the possible barriers that they would face in their application. The result of the investigation allowed us to identify various conditions and characteristicson the ways of executing the processes, as well as the aspects that surrounds thiskind of proposal in terms of their implications, limitations and strengths that favor bringing this kind of initiatives to a reality.
