    • The use of Absolute and Relative Power exercises is considered one of the modern training exercises to develop the level of ability and mechanical rhythm of the arms and legs, and to achieve the highest jumping height, for the skills of Fluctuant Smash service and blocking wall, take points, to achieve good results, the study aimed to identify the effect of using Absolute and Relative Power exercises in developing the ability and mechanical rhythm of the arms and legs. The direct effect on developing accuracy for the skills of Fluctuant Smash service and blocking wall for volleyball players, imposed differences in the ability and mechanical rhythm of the arms and legs, for the accuracy of the skills of Fluctuant Smash service and blocking wall in the research sample,The researcher used the experimental method on a sample of (20) players representing the total research community. The modern exercises required in the study were applied to a sample of (10) players from the National Center for Volleyball Sports Talent after the pre-tests were conducted for them, the required exercises were applied to them, and the post-tests were conducted.
