    Ante el progreso vertiginoso e insostenible que trae consigo la degradación del hábitat natural y como consecuencia la causa de enfermedades ambientales que ponen en riesgo la salud e integridad de la persona. Se desarrolló la presente investigación cualitativa documental a través de una revisión bibliográfica, con el objetivo de dar a conocer el compromiso bioético de enfermería frente al impacto del cambio climático en la salud de la persona. La normativa vigente nacional e internacional sobre ética y deontología de enfermería enfatiza el compromiso, responsabilidad y cuidado asumido por enfermería ante el cambio climático. Así mismo, la bioética personalista permite enriquecer, engrandecer y perfeccionar el cuidado al defender la vida de la persona, sin la cual no sería posible su existencia. Este compromiso bioético, se desarrolla en todos sus campos de acción como el área asistencial, docencia, gestión y administración e investigación; para mejorar la calidad de vida de la persona, la comunidad y las generaciones venideras.

    Given the dizzying and unsustainable progress that comes with the degradation of natural habitat and as a consequence the cause of environmental diseases that put at risk the health and integrity of the person. The present work was developed through a bibliographic review, around the nursing bioethical commitment to climate change and its implication in the health of the person. Included in current national and international regulations on ethics and deontology, which emphasize their responsibility in this area through surveillance and prevention. This response to climate change is developed in all areas of action such as healthcare, teaching, management and administration and research. The nursing care of the person, the community and the environment aims to improve the quality of life of people; having as a basis the personalistic bioethics that enriches, enhances and perfects care by defending the physical life of the person, without which its existence would not be possible.
