  El objetivo de la investigación fue explicar el impacto de la cosmovisión de lenguas en la formación docente de Educación Intercultural Bilingüe (EIB) en los estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional de Educación (UNE). El enfoque fue cualitativo, con un diseño etnográfico; la recolección de datos se obtuvo mediante la entrevista en profundidad; en el testimonio de 12 estudiantes de la especialidad se encontraron los siguientes hallazgos: la cosmovisión es el marco global de conductas, valores y creencias; las lenguas simplifican la representación del mundo según el pensamiento; y frente a la intercultural funcional es preciso construir la interculturalidad crítica si se quiere que las comunidades tengan realmente una educación de calidad. Concluyó. El poder colonial dominante sólo puede ser abolida mediante la gesta de las comunidades que buscan la reivindicación de la visión de cultura y la utilización de lenguas indígenas en los procesos de enseñanza aprendizaje, en cuya formación debe liderar la UNE.

  The objective of the research was to explain the impact of the worldview of languages ??in the teacher training of Bilingual Intercultural Education (EIB) in the students of the National University of Education (UNE). The approach was qualitative, with an ethnographic design; data collection was obtained through in-depth interview; In the testimony of 12 students of the specialty, the following findings were found: the worldview is the global framework of behaviors, values ??and beliefs; languages ??simplify the representation of the world according to thought; and in the face of functional interculturality, it is necessary to build critical interculturality if we want communities to really have quality education. He concluded. The dominant colonial power can only be abolished through the deeds of the communities that seek to vindicate the vision of culture and the use of indigenous languages ??in the teaching-learning processes, in whose formation the UNE must lead.
