  La investigación “Impacto del Teletrabajo en la Gestión Educativa de la Facultad de Ciencias Empresariales - Universidad Nacional de Educación Enrique Guzmán y Valle, tiene como objetivo, determinar el impacto del teletrabajo en la gestión educativa de la Facultad de Ciencias Empresariales de la Universidad Nacional de Educación Enrique Guzmán y Valle; identificando y evaluando el comportamiento, las características y el costo-beneficio del servicio educativo. Las técnicas e instrumentos para la recolección de datos fueron la recopilación bibliográfica, la observación y la entrevista a un total de 04 docentes y 02 directivos. El enfoque cualitativo del trabajo ha permitido describir las actitudes observables de los docentes de la unidad de análisis, en el contexto del Teletrabajo implementado por la emergencia sanitaria COVID 19. El contenido de las entrevistas sistematizadas en las matrices de categorización y desgravación y analizadas con el software Atlas ti, permitieron obtener análisis consistentes respecto al teletrabajo y su impacto en la gestión educativa de la Facultad de Ciencias Empresariales de la UNE.

  The research "Impact of Teleworking on Educational Management of the Faculty of Business Sciences - National University of Education Enrique Guzmán y Valle, aims to determine the impact of teleworking on educational management of the Faculty of Business Sciences of the National University of Education Enrique Guzmán y Valle; identifying and evaluating the behavior, characteristics and cost-benefit of the educational service. The techniques and instruments for data collection were the bibliographic compilation, the observation and the interview to a total of 04 teachers and 02 directors. The qualitative approach of the work has made it possible to describe the observable attitudes of the teachers of the analysis unit, in the context of Teleworking implemented by the COVID 19 health emergency. The content of the interviews systematized in the categorization and tax relief matrices and analyzed with the Atlas ti software, allowed to obtain consistent analyzes regarding teleworking and its impact on the educational management of the Faculty of Business Sciences of the UNE.
