Resumen de Contaminación Ambiental en hospitales de Latinoamérica en tiempos de Pandemia 2019

  La pandemia por COVID-19 o coronavirus, fue notificada inicialmente en China en la ciudad de Wuhan, de fecha 31 mes de diciembre del año 2019. Este virus SARS-CoV-2 tiene como definición un be¬tacoronavirus, comparándose con el MERS-CoV y el SARS-CoV, perteneciendo a la familia de coronavirus cuya característica es tener picos o conocido como espigas teniendo una forma particular de corona ubicada en su superficie, son virus ARN monocatenarios los cuales tienen sentido positivo. La naturaleza de esta revisión sistemática es indicar la problemática de la contaminación ambiental en hospitales de Latinoamérica determinando las causas de dicha problemática; este trabajo tiene un enfoque cualitativo el cual siguió un procedimiento de revisión sistemática PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis), cabe mencionar lo siguiente, se utilizaron repositorios de banco de datos de buscadores como GOOGLE ACADEMICO, SPRINGER LINK, REDALYC, PROQUEST,  MEDIGRAPHIC y SCIELO, se tuvo en cuenta criterios para su demarcación: años 2019 al 2022 y en dos idiomas: español e inglés.

  The covid-19 or coronavirus pandemic was initially reported in China in the city of Wuhan, dated December 31, 2019. This SARS-CoV-2 virus is defined as a betacoronavirus, compared to MERS- CoV and SARS-CoV, belonging to the family of coronaviruses whose characteristic is to have spikes or known as spikes having a particular crown shape located on their surface, are single-stranded RNA viruses which have a positive sense. The nature of this systematic review is to indicate the problem of environmental contamination in hospitals in Latin America, determining the causes of said problem; this work has a qualitative approach which followed a PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis) systematic review procedure, it is worth mentioning the following, search engine database repositories such as GOOGLE ACADEMICO, SPRINGER LINK, REDALYC were used , PROQUEST, MEDIGRAPHIC and SCIELO, criteria were taken into account for its demarcation: years 2019 to 2022 and in two languages: Spanish and English.
