Acompañamiento pedagógico y práctica reflexiva en docentes de la IE 430 de Chilca - Huancayo

    El objetivo del artículo fue determinar la relación entre el acompañamiento pedagógico y la práctica reflexiva de los docentes de la Institución Educativa N° 430 del distrito de Chilca en el año 2022. Para ello, se realizó un estudio de tipo descriptivo correlacional causal, cuyo contexto fue la Institución Educativa N° 430 del distrito de Chilca, en el año 2022. La experiencia se desarrolló con ocho docentes de aula del nivel de educación inicial. La recolección de datos tuvo lugar a través de la observación, la entrevista semi estructurada y las demostraciones de las acciones en el proceso de la sistematización. Como resultado principal se determinó que luego de establecer la estructura de hipótesis, Ho: No existe correlación entre la variables acompañamiento pedagógico directivo y la práctica reflexiva y la Hipótesis H1: Existe relación entre las variables acompañamiento pedagógico directivo y la práctica reflexiva, con el fin de  responder a la pregunta de investigación, se obtuvo mediante la prueba estadística,  el coeficiente Rho de Spearmam, que logró un valor de 0.101 y una significacia bilateral de 0.811, muy por encima del valor esperado entre 0 y 0,05.  Como conclusión relevante se pudo detectar que como la significacia bilateral es superior a 0.05, se rechazó H1 y se aceptó Ho, lo que permitió inferir que no existe relación significativa entre las variables del estudio.

    The objective of the article was to determine the relationship between the pedagogical accompaniment and the reflective practice of the teachers of the Educational Institution No. 430 of the district of Chilca in the year 2022. For this, a causal correlational descriptive study was carried out, whose context It was the Educational Institution No. 430 of the district of Chilca, in the year 2022. The experience was developed with eight classroom teachers of the initial education level. The data collection took place through observation, the semi-structured interview and the demonstrations of the actions in the systematization process. As a main result it was determined that after establishing the structure of hypotheses, Ho: There is no correlation between the variables managerial pedagogical accompaniment and reflective practice and Hypothesis H1: There is a relationship between the variables managerial pedagogical accompaniment and reflective practice, in order to answer the research question, was obtained through the statistical test, Spearmam's Rho coefficient, which achieved a value of 0.101 and a bilateral significance of 0.811, well above the expected value between 0 and 0.05. As a relevant As a relevant conclusion, it was possible to detect that as the bilateral significance is greater than 0.05, H1 was rejected and Ho was accepted, which allowed us to infer that there is no significant relationship between the study variables.
