Resumen de Plantas de biometanización para la fracción orgánica de los RSU: I marco de aplicación
Advantages of the relatively new biomethanisation process are pointed out in this paper, giving own experimental data about yields obtained in different conditions. Problems arising from generalised data on yields and operation conditions are pointed out. Scope of application of the anaerobic digestion technology and its possible development in Mediterranean 'Countries is also discussed. Drawbacks of this technology are finally pointed out.
