Determinantes y determinismo en el sistema de salud colombiano, año 2016

    En el marco del primer encuentro científico y educativo de experiencias investigativas y a partir de la convocatoria Interna realizada en la Institución Universitaria Antonio José Camacho nace un proyecto denominado “Caracterización sociodemográfica, epidemiológica e identificación de rutas actuales de atención en salud, en una comuna de Cali, Palmira y Yumbo, con población en condición de vulnerabilidad en familias con niños menores de cinco años en riesgo de adquirir infecciones respiratorias Aguda (IRA), 2016”, el cual busca como objetivo central caracterizar tres zonas elegidas para el estudio (1 Comuna de Cali, 1 comuna de Palmira y 1 comuna de Yumbo) para lograr como objetivo final validar un modelo de Atención Primaria en Salud que se articule a los postulados de las leyes 1751 de 2015 (Ley estatutaria de la salud) y la 1753 de 2015 (Plan Nacional de Desarrollo), y las necesidades del estado colombiano, expuestos en la política de atención integral en salud (PAIS). Sin embargo, sin el estudio profundo de los Determinantes y Determinismo que influyen en el sistema de Salud Colombiano no es posible entender a profundidad dicho estudio, por tal motivo nos damos a la tarea de revisar a profundidad investigaciones terminadas donde se analizan, sistematizan e integran los resultados de investigaciones publicadas o no publicadas, sobre un campo en ciencia, salud o tecnología, con el fin de dar cuenta de los avances y las tendencias de desarrollo.

    Within the framework of the first scientific and educational meeting of research experiences and from the internal call held at the Antonio José Camacho University Institution, a project called “Sociodemographic, epidemiological characterization and identification of current health care routes, in a municipality of Cali , Palmira and Yumbo, with a population in a vulnerable condition in families with children under five at risk of acquiring acute respiratory infections (ARI), 2016 ”, which seeks as a central objective to characterize three areas chosen for the study (1 Commune of Cali, 1 commune of Palmira and 1 commune of Yumbo) to achieve the final objective of validating a model of Primary Health Care that is articulated with the postulates of Laws 1751 of 2015 (Statutory Health Law) and 1753 of 2015 ( National Development Plan), and the needs of the Colombian state, set out in the comprehensive health care policy (PAIS). However, without the in-depth study of the Determinants and Determinism that influence the Colombian Health System, it is not possible to understand this study in depth, for this reason we undertake the task of thoroughly reviewing finished investigations where they are analyzed, systematized and integrated the results of published or unpublished research, on a field in science, health or technology, in order to account for progress and development trends.
