  • In recent years, we have seen an increasing trend towards projects in the environmental, utility, supply and disposal sectors as well as in the public services sector being tendered and implemented in the form of own-and-operate models. This article is to give a brief overview of the types of organization, company forms and financing options for own-and-operate models without going too much into detail, since the number of variants is stunning even when looking at the financing options only.
