    En esta investigación se señala el descenso que sufre la minería en Nueva España, desde el siglo XVII hasta mediados del XVIII, y el impulso que imprimió la Corona española, en la segunda mitad de este siglo, a la industria más importante de esa época.

    In this paper is noted the decrease in mining in New Spain since the 17th century until de first half of the 18th century and the impel the Spanish Crown gave to the most importante industry at that time in the second half of this century.
