La finalidad de este trabajo es resumir las últimas modificaciones legislativas que se han incorporado en el ámbito de la lucha contra la violencia de género. Fundamentalmente está centrado en las reformas operadas por la L.O. 8/21 y la L. 8/21 afectando al régimen de visitas en sede de Orden de Protección y en los procedimientos civiles; así como a las excepciones a la dispensa del art. 416 de la LECrim.

The purpose of this article is to summarize the legislative changes that have been incorporated in the field of the fight against gender violence. It is fundamentally focused on the reforms operated by the L.O. 8/21 and L. 8/21 affecting the regime of visits in the framework of the Protection Order and in civil proceedings; as well as the exceptions to the dispensation of art. 416 of the LECrim.
