Resumen de Valorización energética de los residuos biodegradables contenidos en los desechos municipales mediante biogasificación
The European Community Strategy for Waste Management gives priority to the prevention of waste generation, followed by the valorization and lately its safe elimination in landfills. In this way, some instructions have been defined in order to reduce the disposal of biodegradable wastes, fixing a limit for his disposal and promoting the waste separation in general, his valorization and recycling. Among the different options of valorization, it is considered as one of most interesting the biogasification solution for biodegradable wastes, as this system is the fastest and most efficient to generate in a controlled way the methane gas that is produced in the natural descomposition, and consecuentely to promote his use for energy production from the biomasse, resource underutilized so far.
