  En la presente investigación se prevé elaborar una guía virtual de importación de “tráfico postal internacional” y “mensajería acelerada o Courier” para la mejora de los procedimientos de las empresas Courier y así obtener al cliente informado durante las 24 horas del día, debido a que este portal le reduce el tiempo al momento de hacer una importación, por eso es recomendable disponer de un manual en donde se muestre los pasos de importación para los clientes nuevos que hay en el mercado.

  Las empresas adquiere esta guía virtual para la orientación de los clientes que requieren adquirir los servicios de una empresa Courier, lo cual este instrumento administrativo reflejara tarifa e impuestos, leyes y demás requisitos previos a la importación de mercancías por las diferentes categorías que tiene el régimen de excepción.
