    El elemento constitutivo del tercer momento estructural del cuidado en Ser y Tiempo genera problemas interpretativos. A partir de tres argumentos desarrollados sistemáticamente se muestra la imposibilidad temática de instalar la caída en el mencionado tercer momento y la plausibilidad de comprenderlo como el estar-junto formal, al cual le conviene con igualdad de derecho tanto una modalidad propia como una impropia. La conclusión a la que se llega es que la caída no integra constitutivamente el cuidado ontológico, sino que más bien éste en sus tres momentos unitarios posibilita estructuralmente y explica motivacionalmente el origen de la caída.

    The element that constitutes the third structural moment of care in Being and Time generates interpretative problems. Based on three systematically developed arguments, we show the thematic impossibility of installing the fall in the aforementioned third moment and the necessity to understand it as the formal being-alongside, which requires, with equal rights, both an authentic and an inauthentic modality. The conclusion reached is that the fall does not constitutively integrate the ontological care, but rather that care in its three unitary moments structurally enables and motivates the origin of the fall.
