Diagnóstico de la formación contable del aprendiz del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje SENA Regional Magdalena

    En el presente artículo de investigación se analiza el estado actual de la formación contable de los aprendices del Centro de logística y promoción ecoturística (CLPE), del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA), regional Magdalena, en los programas de gestión contable y financiera y contabilización de operaciones comerciales y financieras, el primero como tecnólogo y el segundo como técnico. En el estudio participaron los coordinadores académicos y de formación del respectivo centro y como un segundo punto de vista también se agregó a la coordinación académica del Instituto de formación técnica de la Caja de compensación del Magdalena (IFT) para revisar el diagnostico actual de la formación del área contable, la información obtenida estuvo basada en la aplicación de una entrevista de preguntas cerradas y abiertas que permitió evidenciar la situación actual de esta formación, los resultados mostraron que no se puede abarcar un diagnóstico total porque la herramienta utilizada para tal fin son las pruebas T y T, aplicada solamente a los tecnólogos, adicionalmente se constató que los resultados obtenidos en las pruebas no son analizados para el fortalecimiento de la formación contable.

    This research article analyzes the current state of the accounting training of the apprentices of the Center for logistics and ecotourism promotion (CLPE), of the National Learning Service (SENA), Magdalena region, in the accounting and financial management programs and accounting for commercial and financial operations, the first one as a technologist and the second one as a technician. The academic and training coordinators of the respective center participated in the study and as a second point of view, the academic coordination of the Technical Training Institute of the Magdalena Compensation Fund (IFT) was also added to the academic coordination to review the current diagnosis of the training. In the accounting area, the information obtained was based on the application of an interview of closed and open questions that allowed to show the current situation of this training, the results showed that a total diagnosis cannot be covered because the tool used for this purpose are the T and T tests, applied only to technologists, additionally it was found that the results obtained in the tests are not analyzed to strengthen accounting training.
