Resumen de Perspectivas de crecimiento y convergencia entre regiones de la macro región sur del Perú

El comité editorial de la Revista Semestre Económico de la Universidad Nacional del Altiplano de Puno Perú, en la presente edición regular, por el tema de interés y de actualidad, pone a consideración de los lectores, el discurso de orden pronunciado en la ceremonia de aniversario 58° de la creación Facultad de Ingeniería Económica, llevado a cabo el 17 de agosto del 2022 en el Auditorio Magno de la ciudad universitaria. El contenido del discurso partió con las ocurrencias de los últimos dos años, y de rendir un homenaje póstumo a todos los docentes universitario, personal administrativo, estudiantes y familiares que partieron a la eternidad como víctimas de COVID 19, seguidamente bajo la mirada de perspectivas de desarrollo sostenible (ODS´s) al 2030 de la Organización de las Naciones Unida de ver una ciudadanía global sin hambre, sin pobres, salud y bienestar integral entre otros, requieren de esfuerzos de todos los actores sociales en particular, de la ciencia económica en construir modelos que permitieran representar la realidad compleja de la región sur del país que tiene los indicadores desfavorables, que requerirían revertirlas con la participación de un capital humano con más conocimiento, creatividad, imaginación en otras abordadas en el discurso que los publicamos en su integridad.

The editorial committee of the Semestre Económico Magazine of the Universidad Nacional del Altiplano de Puno Perú, in this regular edition, for the topic of interest and current affairs, puts for the consideration of the readers, the order speech delivered at the anniversary ceremony 58th creation of the Faculty of Economic Engineering, held on August 17, 2022 in the Auditorio Magno of the university city. The content of the speech started with the occurrences of the last two years, and to pay a posthumous tribute to all the university professors, administrative staff, students and relatives who left for eternity as victims of COVID 19, then under the gaze of perspectives from sustainable development (SDG's) by 2030 of the United Nations Organization to see a global citizenship without hunger, without poor people, health and comprehensive well-being, among others, require efforts from all social actors in particular, from economic science in build models that would allow representing the complex reality of the southern region of the country that has unfavorable indicators, which would require reversing them with the participation of human capital with more knowledge, creativity, imagination in others addressed in the discourse that we publish in its entirety.
