Resumen de Parque Fundidora, lugar memorable y espacio de ocio

Parque Fundidora promueve sus ejes temáticos urbano-turísticos dentro de una estrategia de base económica, transformándose en un centro postindustrial de ocio, turismo y ferias comerciales. El artículo tiene como objetivo la utilización de esos recintos históricos para atraer turistas y visitantes y estructurar su experiencia en la ciudad. Se evalúa que esos recintos sean una manera útil de promover turísticamente Parque Fundidora, contribuyendo a transformarla en uno de los principales parques del país. Por otra parte, el escrito señala la ausencia de políticas patrimoniales donde no se aprovecha de manera eficiente la memoria tangible e intangible del espacio industrial para despertar en las nuevas generaciones de jóvenes visitantes, la pertenencia e identidad del pasado con su realidad presente.

Parque Fundidora promotes its urban-tourist thematic axes within an economic-based strategy, transforming itself into a post-industrial centre for leisure, tourism and trade fairs. The article aims to use these historic sites to attract tourists and visitors and structure their experience in the city. It assesses that these sites are a useful way to promote Parque Fundidora for tourism, helping to transform it into one of the main parks in the country. On the other hand, the paper points out the absence of heritage policies where the tangible and intangible memory of the industrial space is not efficiently used to awaken in the new generations of young visitors, the belonging and identity of the past with its present reality.
