Resumen de Educación ambiental y tecnología, una respuesta desde el judaísmo

El presente artículo pretende reflexionar sobre tres variables: educación ambiental, tecnología y educación judía en Cuba. En el nuevo escenario producido por la pandemia de Covid-19, abordar el término educación ambiental resulta complejo. Sin embargo, aún en estos tiempos, la organización Keren Kayemet LeIsrael (KKL) 3 ha continuado creando espacios –como el concurso de proyectos Learkiv 2021– donde promueve esta concepción, desde la perspectiva del desarrollo sostenible.
En los últimos meses, la educación, a nivel global, ha debido reinventarse. Ello ha sido posible gracias al uso de las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones (TIC). El Majón Albert Einstein, proyecto educativo de la comunidad hebrea de Cuba, ha mostrado su capacidad de resiliencia y, a pesar del confinamiento, ha mantenido viva la llama del judaísmo. Una de las actividades organizadas por él, realizadas vía WhatsApp, fue la celebración de la festividad de Tubishvat 4 en enero de 2021. Con la obra “Sembrar la esperanza”, la kitá Pardés Alef 5 fomentó la conciencia ambiental y el cultivo sustentable en los hogares. Así, la enseñanza judía desarrollada en la isla, muestra ejemplos de solución a los nuevos desafíos pedagógicos, tecnológicos y ambientales.

This article is aimed to motivate the reflection about three issues: envaironmental education, technology and Jewish education in Cuba. In the new scenario provoqued by the pandemic of Covid-19, it will very complex to analyze the ‘envaironmental education’. However, even in the current moment, Keren Kayemet LeIsrael (KKL) has continued to create some spaces –like Learkiv 2021 project contest– where promoted this conception, now from the perspective of the sustenaible development. During the last months, education worldwide, should have to reinvent itself, This has been posible thanks to the usage of the information and communication technologies (TIC). Majón Albert Einstein, an educative project of the Cuban Jewish Community, has showed its resilience capacity and, in spite of the confinement, has mantained judaism alive. One of the activities, organized by him, and carried on via WhatsApp, was the celebration of the festivity of Tubishvat on January 2021. Kitá Pardés Alef, with its play “Sowing the hope” encouraged envaironmental awareness and the sustenaible home urban farming. In this way, Jewish education developed in the island, shows some examples of solving the new pedagogycal, technological and environmental challenges.
