Graphs with the same spectrum are called cospectral. A graph is determined by itsspectrum if every graph cospectral with it is isomorphic to it. We ponder the questionWhich graphs are determined by their spectrum?for the (union of) graphs in the Johnson scheme and Grassmann scheme. We present severalrecent results concerning the cospectrality of these graphs, as well as some new discoverieson the cospectrality of generalized Johnson graphs and q-Kneser graphs.
