  • The Advanced Recycling Centre, built by the publicly owned environmental management company ''Sociedad Pública de Gestión Ambiental IHOBE, S.A.'' not only fills the gap which existed in the Basque Autonomous Community in terms or waste management infrastructure but also favours waste recovery techniques rather than disposal. This infrastructure offers Basque companies an environmentally correct outlet for their by products. This investment has been co-financed by the European Union Cohesion Fund and the Basque Government Department of Land Use, Housing, and the Environment.
