    El artículo versa sobre la temática incorporada en el derecho local argentino del “Abogado del niño” con motivo de la sanción del Nuevo Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación. Se introduce el tema con una descripción legislativa de la misma previa a la reforma del Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación, desarrollando sobre la normativa internacional y constitucional aplicable al caso y los antecedentes existentes en las reglas nacionales argentinas.

    Se analizan casos jurisprudenciales, que sirvieron de antecedentes al tema, y algunos que se encuentran pendientes de resolución sobre el abogado del niño con la nueva regulación del Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación. Culminando con un estudio del Derecho comparado sobre el tema y una conclusión sobre su futura implementación.

    The article deals with the theme incorporated in the local Argentine law of the "Child's Lawyer" due to the sanction of the New Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation. The subject is introduced with a legislative description of the same prior to the reform of the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation, developing on the international and constitutional regulations applicable to the case and the existing antecedents in the Argentine national regulations.

    Jurisprudential cases are analyzed, which served as background to the subject, and some that are pending resolution on the child's lawyer with the new regulation of the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation.

    Culminating with a study of comparative law on the subject and a conclusion about its future implementation.
