    Se analiza el alcance del artículo 27 constitucional que regula la propiedad de la Nación sobre tierras, aguas y recursos naturales. Primeramente, se desentraña el sentido de "propiedad originaria" regulado en el mencionado artículo, para determinar la propiedad originaria de la Nación sobre las tierras que componen el territorio nacional, y posteriormente, la propiedad originaria de la nación sobre las aguas comprendidas en el territorio nacional. Lo anterior, con el propósito de aclarar si el patrimonio de la Nación es distinto del patrimonio de los poderes federales señalado en el artículo 132 constitucional, que implicaría distinguir el patrimonio de los estados federados del patrimonio de los gobiernos locales, y el patrimonio de los municipios del patrimonio de los ayuntamientos.

    The reaeh of article 27 is analyzed constitutionalist who regulates the property of the Nation on natural earth, waters and resourees. Firstlv, the sense of"regulated original property" in the mentioned article is unravelled, to determine the original property of the Nation on the earth that compose the national territorv, and later the original property of the nation on waters included in the national territory. The previous thing. in order to dissipate if the patrimony of the Na tion is different [rom the patrimony of the federal powers, indieated in article 132 constitutionalist, that it would imply to distinguish the patrimonv of the federal states of the patrimonv of the local governments. and the patrimonv of the municipalities of the patrimony of the eity councils.
