    La Sentencia del Tribunal Constitucional 93/2022, de 11 de julio declara inconstitucional el acuerdo de la Mesa del Parlamento de Cataluña que reconoce la delegación del voto al parlamentario Sr. Puig Gordi. La declaración de inconstitucionalidad se debe a que no se produce ninguno de los casos previstos en el artículo 95 del Reglamento del Parlamento de Cataluña, que lo prevé solo en caso de paternidad o maternidad del miembro, o enfermedad grave. Además, la autorización ya había sido anulada por otro fallo anterior del Tribunal Constitucional, pues la delegación de voto ha de interpretarse restrictivamente.

    The Decision of the Constitutional Court number 93/2022, of July 11, declares unconstitutional the agreement of the Board of the Parliament of Catalonia that recognizes the delegation of the vote to the parliamentarian Mr. Puig Gordi. The declaration of unconstitutionality is due to the fact that none of the cases provided for in article 95 of the Regulations of the Parliament of Catalonia occurs. This article provides for it only in the case of paternity or maternity of the member, or serious illness. In addition, the authorization had already been annulled by another previous ruling of the Constitutional Court, since the delegation of a vote must be interpreted restrictively
