Resumen de Los problemas del gas de vertederos en el Reino Unido

Brian Empsall, Stuart Homer, Alan Parker

  • The Black Country area of England was so named as a result of the high concentration of heavy manufacturing industry in the region. This industrial development, which commenced about 150 years ago, has reduced significantly during recent years. The industrial processes, such a steel making, which were once concentrated in the area resulted in very significant air pollution which gave rise to the name of the area. It is in the centre of England between Wolverhampton an Birmingham to the west of the M5 and M6 motor ways.
