  La relación Derecho Internacional - Derecho Interno, resulta un tema controversial siempre que es abordado, más aún cuando se aprecia en el marco de los nuevos cambios legislativos que experimenta el ordenamiento jurídico interno de un país. Teniendo en cuenta que el pueblo cubano aprobó recientemente su actual Constitución, la cual fue proclamada en el mes de abril del 2019, el presente artículo aborda lo referente a los Tratados Internacionales a la luz de la legislación cubana actual, haciendo énfasis en los cambios que al respecto se reflejan en la mencionada Carta Magna, con propuestas para el posterior desarrollo de los preceptos constitucionales referidos al tema. Todo ello con el objetivo de fundamentar desde una perspectiva histórica, doctrinal y exegética, la necesidad del perfeccionamiento del derecho interno cubano en concordancia con el nuevo texto constitucional para lograr una efectiva relación Derecho Internacional derecho Interno.
