Resumen de El bebé y su entorno. Abordaje psicoanalítico en pandemia

  Este artículo aborda las reformulaciones necesarias sobre el dispositivo psicoanalítico clásico que debieron considerarse para generar un dispositivo situacional en emergencia. Su objetivo fue intervenir de manera gratuita, durante el confinamiento debido a la situación sanitaria causada por el Covid 19 en España. Dicho dispositivo se creó en la Asociación Psicoanalítica de Madrid (APM). Se realiza un desarrollo de las conceptualizaciones psicoanalíticas consideradas y las modificaciones estimadas pertinentes. Para ilustrar estos temas se presenta el caso de una familia con un bebé. Los conflictos no resueltos y en estado latente de una joven madre, irrumpieron de forma traumática al tener que hacer el duelo por la separación del hijo e incorporarse a su vida laboral. El vínculo de pareja se ha resentido ante la venida del hijo, mostrando aspectos narcisistas de los padres en el vínculo con el bebé.

  This article deals with the necessary reformulations of the classical psychoanalytic device that had to be considered in order to generate a situational device in emergency. Its objective was to intervene free of charge, during the confinement due to the health situation caused by Covid 19 in Spain. This device was created at the Asociación Psicoanalítica de Madrid (APM). A development of the psychoanalytic conceptualisations considered and the modifications considered relevant is carried out. To illustrate these issues, the case of a family with a baby is presented. The young mother's unresolved and latent conflicts have been traumatically triggered by her having to mourn the separation of her child and start working. The couple's bond has been affected by the arrival of the child, showing narcissistic aspects of the parents' bond with the baby.
