Comentario al art. 72.2 CDFA, introducido en 2021, para que no sea necesaria la intervención de los dos progenitores cuando la asistencia psicológica se deba a casos de violencia de género o doméstica; en tales casos bastará el consentimiento del otro progenitor si los hijos son menores de catorce años, debiendo ser previamente informado el progenitor causante de la violencia. Para el hijo mayor de catorce años se estará a lo dispuesto en los artículos 23 y 24 del CDFA. Se da cuenta de la tramitación parlamentaria de la reforma, en la que intervino la Comisión Aragonesa de Derecho Civil, y se la relaciona con las reformas de otros Derechos civiles españoles que tienen el mismo fundamento.

Commentary to art. 72.2 CDFA, introduced in 2021, so that the intervention of both parents is not necessary when psychological assistance is due to cases of gender or domestic violence; In such cases, the consent of the other parent will suffice if the children are under fourteen years of age, and the parent who caused the violence must be previously informed. For children over fourteen years of age, the provisions of articles 23 and 24 of the CDFA will be followed. It gives an account of the parliamentary processing of the reform, in which the Aragonese Civil Law Commission intervened, and it is related to the reforms of other Spanish civil rights that have the same foundation.
