Resumen de Mujer y vida en la historia y la sociedad contemporánea
This paper deals with the problems of women through history despite being main figures in the development of humanity. In general, they have been relegated to the background and subordinated to male power. However, there have been outstanding and powerful women in all historical stages of whom a simplified count is made. Working situation of women is described, both in urban and rural spheres, as well as the struggles that have been undertaken to overcome subordination and acquire equity. Finally, a series of alternatives and proposals to improve women´s situation is presented
