    Este artículo es producto de una investigación cualitativa dentro de la disciplina bioética, que buscó establecer cuáles son los criterios aceptados en la ejecución del acto médico en la región Latinoamérica, queriendo determinar las principales tendencias y teorías aplicables dentro de la construcción de la relación Médico-Paciente. Para lo cual se construyó una matriz como instrumento de registro y categorización documental, desde un enfoque descriptivo, para emplear un método deductivo, desarrollando una revisión sistemática de acuerdo con una pregunta de investigación, para establecer los elementos necesarios para proveer el acto médico desde de una orientación disciplinar. Lo que permitió que el nexo de las evidencias arrojara los criterios y elementos aceptados y aplicados para el acto médico latinoamericano en la actualidad, como también la definición y origen de estos, donde se detecto la relación entre el criterio de la enfermedad con los conceptos de fragilidad humana y bien integral humano. Consumando que el ser humano y el acto médico son el centro de la profesión médica y del ejercicio médico respectivamente, por lo cual se debe priorizar una relación social y comunicativa entre las partes, donde se maximice el interés por aliviar el sufrimiento del otro.

    This article is the product of a qualitative research within the bioethical discipline, which sought to establish which are the accepted criteria in the execution of the medical act in the Latin American region, wanting to determine the main trends and theories applicable within the construction of the Doctor-Patient relationship. For which a matrix was built as an instrument of registration and documentary categorization, from a descriptive approach, to use a deductive method, developing a systematic review according to a research question, to establish the necessary elements to provide the medical act from a disciplinary orientation. This allowed the nexus of evidence to show the criteria and elements accepted and applied for the Latin American medical act at present, as well as the definition and origin of these, where the relationship between the criterion of the disease with the concepts of human fragility and human integral good was detected. It was concluded that the human being and the medical act are the center of the medical profession and the medical practice respectively, which is why a social and communicative relationship between the parties should be prioritized, where the interest in alleviating the suffering of the other is maximized.
