    Se trata de presentar aquí la fundamentación ontológica de la ética de Patočka gracias a la cual se puede pensar la posibilidad de un cosmopolitismo. Por ello, planteamos el problema del cosmopolitismo, que nos remite al problema del aparecer de la ética en un mundo dominado por la técnica. Esta preocupación por la fenomenalización de la ética conduce a una tematización del sacrificio que nos hace enfrentar una aporía. Sin embargo, mostramos que la concepción asubjetiva de la fenomenología de Patočka permite solucionarla.

    It deals with presenting the ontological foundation of Patočka’s ethics thanks to which we can think cosmopolitism. The problem of the cosmopolitism leads to that of the appearing of the ethics in a world dominated by the technique. Such a preoccupation for the phenomenalization of the ethics leads to a thematization of the sacrifice which confronts us with an aporia. Nevertheless, we show that the asubjective conception of the phenomenology of Patočka is the key to solve it.
