    Este trabajo analiza el impacto de la transformación digital en el empleo, partiendo de los cambios que latecnología está provocando ya en muchas profesiones. Para ello, parte de la base del cambio de época que implican lanueva era digital y las tecnologías avanzadas, bajo la referencia del impacto histórico del progreso en su proceso dedesplazamiento de la mano de obra desde el sector primario al secundario, con la revolución industrial y, ahora, desde elsector terciario de servicios a un nuevo sector sexario o digital. Se trata el nuevo marco competencial para los empleos yla literatura sobre el impacto de la digitalización en los empleos del futuro, haciendo obligada referencia al rol delmodelo educativo como vector de sostenibilidad en el empleo y a la oportunidad de los fondos europeos para laformación en competencias digitales de la sociedad.

    This paper analyses the impact of the digital transformation on employment, starting from the changes thattechnology is already bringing about in many jobs and professions. To do so, it starts from the basis of the epochalchange implied by the new digital era and advanced technologies, under the reference of the historical impact ofprogress in its process of shifting the workforce from the primary to the secondary sector, with the industrial revolutionand now, from the tertiary service sector to a new sixth or digital sector. The new skills framework for jobs and theliterature on the impact of digitisation on the jobs of the future are discussed, with reference to the role of theeducational model as a vector of sustainability in employment and the opportunity of European funds for training indigital skills in society.
