  La investigación tiene el propósito de analizar los aportes de las políticas educativas como suma de estrategias que permiten conformar instrucción de calidad. Por tanto, se perfilan los diversos desafíos que enfrentan actualmente América Latina para coordinar acertadas pedagogías. Se aplica una triangulación documental al realizar un estudio bibliográfico de carácter diacrónico desde el enfoque racionalista deductivo; se adiciona el contenido de entrevistas a expertos educativos. Subraya que la coherencia institucional y la contextualización determinan los hechos formativos. Concluye que las gestiones didácticas buscan promover la conciencia y crítica social, establecer procesos eficaces de enseñanza; situaciones que ameritan ajustar los procedimientos a los contextos socioculturales donde los aprendizajes acontecen. Insiste en el fortalecimiento de la vocación docente y el despliegue de un currículo capaz de impulsar el desarrollo humano y productivo, priorizando la capacidad de organizar junto a otras sociedades justas.

  The research has the purpose of analyzing the contributions of educational policies as a sum of strategies that allow quality instruction to be formed. Therefore, the various challenges currently facing Latin America to coordinate successful pedagogies are outlined. A documentary triangulation is applied when carrying out a diachronic bibliographical study from the deductive rationalist approach; the content of interviews with educational experts is added. It underlines that institutional coherence and contextualization determine the formative facts. It concludes that the didactic efforts seek to promote social awareness and criticism, establish effective teaching processes; situations that merit adjusting the procedures to the sociocultural contexts where the learning takes place. It insists on strengthening the teaching vocation and the deployment of a curriculum capable of promoting human and productive development, prioritizing the ability to organize fair societies together with others.
