There are 9 credits available if the following recommendations are undertaken: check the buildings on site before demolition due to their potential for bat roosts, carry out good horticultural practice, tree and bulbs planting, erect bat and ladybird boxes, gain a post development species change greater than 9 natural species ha_1 and have a floor area/footprint ratio of the development greater than 2.5.
