Etnoeducación afrocolombiana: desde la base legal-epistémica intercultural a la realidad social pedagógica

    Este artículo busca reflexionar sobre los fundamentos legales y epistémicos de la etnoeducación intercultural afrocolombiana y a la vez tomar posesión gnoseológica de la inacabada aplicación en el acto pedagógico. Para ello, se utilizó el análisis fenomenológico histórico y presente de esta realidad social, que consecuentemente autores críticos exploran para contrastar marcos teóricos literarios con la realidad pragmática en el contexto etnoeducativo afrocolombiano. El ensayo devela las brechas existentes entre marco legal construido a finales del siglo XX y la realidad en la práctica pedagógica-didáctica crítica, sobre todo en la histórica oportunidad que brinda el soporte estatal, al implementar la Cátedra de Estudios Afrocolombianos, CEA. Se propone, por lo tanto, la resignificación del momento histórico desde dos visiones: la capacidad y el compromiso de la población afro para plantear sus propias creencias libertarias descolonizando su pensamiento y continuar en la lucha contra el Estado-Nación para dar más pragmaticidad a la educación intercultural afrocolombiana

    This article seeks to reflect on the legal and epistemic foundations of Afro-Colombian intercultural ethno-education and at the same time take gnoseological possession of the unfinished application in the pedagogical act. For this, the historical and present phenomenological analysis of this social reality was used, which consequently critical authors explore to contrast literary theoretical frameworks with the pragmatic reality in the Afro-Colombian ethno-educational context. The essay reveals the existing gaps between the legal framework built at the end of the 20th century and the reality in critical pedagogical-didactic practice, especially in the historical opportunity provided by state support, by implementing the Chair of Afro-Colombian Studies, CEA. Therefore, the resignification of the historical moment is proposed from two visions: the capacity and commitment of the Afro population itself to raise their own libertarian beliefs to decolonize their thought and continue in the fight against the Nation-State to give more pragmaticity to Afro-Colombian intercultural education.
