Este artículo tiene por objeto analizar la evolución legislativa y jurisprudencial del concepto de ultraactividad y sus consecuencias jurídicas, así como exponer las recientes novedades sobre la materia.

    The validity and temporary application of the collective agreements is one of the most controversial labour matters in recent years. This article aims at analysing the legislative and judicial evolution of the concept of “ultraactividad” and its legal implications, as well as to describe the most recent case law on this subject.
