    La organizacio?n de redes u otros sistemas de accio?n colectiva en torno a la Responsabilidad Social Uni- versitaria (RSU) en la ciudad de Medelli?n se han presentado de forma itinerante en la u?ltima de?cada, pero su presencia en la gestio?n de algunas Instituciones de Educacio?n Superior (IES) ha sido determinante, esto se evidencia en el cumplimiento de poli?ticas gubernamentales con afinidad a la RSU, como es la rendicio?n anual de cuentas realizada por las IES pu?blicas. De igual forma, se observa en que la RSU directa o indirectamente es tema de trabajo en las IES, mediada por las exigencias de la Poli?tica de Aseguramiento de la Calidad del Ministerio de Educacio?n Nacional (MEN), que ha reforzado los requisitos de aprobacio?n de instituciones, programas y procesos en una creciente dina?mica que Latinoame?rica conoce ya de forma determinante: los requisitos y acreditaciones de calidad. El presente texto que compendia elementos de un proyecto de investigacio?n financiado por el Tecnolo?gico de Antioquia I.U. en los an?os 2016 y 2017, busca desde una propuesta hermene?utica, y haciendo uso de fuentes primarias y secundarias de informacio?n, develar las tendencias que presenta la RSU desarrollada por parte de las IES en la ciudad de Medelli?n (Colombia) en la u?ltima de?cada, desde los hechos relevantes acontecidos, asi? como desde las tendencias que se hicieron evidentes a partir de sus esfuerzos.

    ABSTRACT The organization of networks or other systems of collective action around the University Social Responsibility (USR) in the city of Medellin have been presented of itinerant form in the last decade, but their presence in the management of some Institutions of higher education (IES) has been decisive, this is evidenced in the fulfillment of governmental policies with affinity to the USR, such as the annual accountability of the public IES. Similarly, it is observed that the USR directly or indirectly is the subject of work in the IES, mediated by the requirements of the policy of quality assurance of the Ministry of National Education (MEN), which has strengthened the requirements of approval of Institutions, programs and processes in a growing dynamic that Latin America already knows in a decisive way: Quality requirements and accreditations. The present text which abridges elements of a research project financed by the Tecnolo?gico de Antioquia I.U. in the years 2016 and 2017, seeks from a hermeneutical proposal, and using primary and secondary sources of information, to reveal the trends presented by the USR developed by the IES in the city of Medelli?n (Colombia) in the last decade, from the relevant events that occurred, as well as from the tendencies that became evident from their efforts.
