La psicomotricidad hace referencia al nivel de desarrollo del sistema nervioso central como principal regulador de los movimientos y el funcionamiento cognitivo y emocional. En este trabajo se expone una propuesta práctica llevada a cabo en 3 aulas de Educación Infantil del primer ciclo (N=31). El objetivo de este trabajo es conocer los beneficios y la importancia del juego a través de la psicomotricidad en la infancia y cómo aplicarlo en el aula. En conclusión, la psicomotricidad se puede trabajar de manera transversal realizando cualquier actividad en la que se requiera movimiento, el juego.
Psychomotricity refers to the level of development of the central nervous system as the main regulator of movements and cognitive and emotional functioning.
This paper presents a practical proposal carried out in 3 Early Childhood Education classrooms of the first cycle (N=31). The objective of this work is to know the benefits and importance of play through psychomotricity in childhood and how to apply it in the classroom.
