The article is focused on two projects designed to revive a library network. The first one, is a kind of digital itinerant laboratory, that aims to promote in the libraries of the small towns the over-60s’ IT literacy and to encourage the growth of STEM skills in the younger generation. The second one, concerns the introduction of a network’s Knowledge Management System. The most important aspect is the introduction in the intranet of a kind of tree of librarianship knowledge that allow to store in a consistent and organised way documents, in order to make easily accessible the knowledge to librarians.
