    La presente encuesta tiene por objeto dar un poco de luz a la problemática que puede plantearse en el caso de que exista un acuerdo de refinanciación que conlleve entre otras consecuencias modificaciones estructurales de la sociedad afectada y dicho acuerdo resulte incumplido. ¿Qué ocurrida con dicha reestructuración a raíz del artículo 629 del texto refundido de la Ley Concursal aprobada por Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2020, de 5 de mayo.
