    En esta opinión el autor nos trae una reflexión sobre las modificaciones estructurales en el ámbito del concurso de acreedores tanto sus posibilidades en el preconcurso como en las distintas fases del concurso, común, convenio y liquidación, en relación a su origen como a las sucesivas reformas legislativas realizadas y al anteproyecto presentado.

    In this opinion the author brings us a reflection on the structural modifications in the scope of the insolvency proceedings, both its possibilities in the pre-insolvency and in the different phases of the insolvency, common, agreement and liquidation, in relation to its origin as well as to the successive legislative reforms carried out and to the draft bill presented.
