  • El artículo aborda facetas históricas y de coyuntura sobre la política y el conflicto armado en el departamento de Arauca; señala rupturas y continuidades en estos fenómenos y se detiene a examinar sus particularidades regionales durante veinte años. Enfatiza también el papel de las organizaciones y movimientos sociales y el estado en el mismo escenario.
