    El presente artículo tuvo como propósito valorar la importancia de la literatura ficcional para la reconstrucción de los rasgos históricos y culturales delos pueblos. En cuanto a la teoría, este estudio se sustentó en los aportes de Henri Bergson (2006) Memoria y Materia, Paul Ricoeur(1999) La lectura del tiempo pasado, Tzvetan Todorov (2000) Losabusos de la memoria, Hyden White con Ficciónhistórica-Historia ficcional,El texto histórico como artefacto literario y Hans-Georg Gadamer (2012) Verdad y método. Se concluyó que la literatura es un espacio para narrar y recuperar la historia indígena y autóctona de la humanidad

    This article had as its main purpose evaluate the importance of fictional literature for the reconstruction of the historical andcultural features of the towns. It was concluded that literature is a space to narrate and recover indigenous history.
