Género, emociones y discursos de profesoras universitarias en el confinamiento social

    Se analizan las narrativas de un grupo de mujeres a través de entrevistas semiestructuradas, realizadas en el 2020-2021 durante el confinamiento social del Covid-19. Se estudian las problemáticas que enfrentaron las profesoras mexicanas con respecto a su trabajo académico, la institución universitaria, su rol de género y las emociones. Los resultados muestran que las tensiones se centraron en el manejo de la tecnología, el género y la doble y triple jornada de trabajo, el manejo de las emociones; las estrategias que utilizaron fueron: la solidaridad comunitaria, cooperación entre pares, redes de apoyo, capacitación tecnológica y la atención psicológica, tanto virtual como presencial.

    The narratives of a group of women are analyzed through semi-structured interviews, which werecarried out in 2020-2021, during the social confinement Covid-19. The problems faced by female Mexican teachers with respect to their academic work, the university institution, their gender role and emotions are studied.The results show that the tensionswere centered on the management of technology and gender on the double and triple work shift,as well as the management of emotions; the strategies that they implemented are community solidarity, cooperation between peers, support networks, technological training and psychological care, both online and in face to face.
