Planeamiento estratégico en la agroindustria del Perú

    El presente artículo de revisión tiene por objetivo analizar investigaciones previas sobre el planeamiento estratégico en la agroindustria del Perú; se empleó el método bibliográfico para analizar artículos científicos relacionados con el tema, y bajo el enfoque cualitativo. El alcance de la investigación es descriptivo y su diseño es no experimental, de corte transversal. Se recolectó la información en bases de datos como: Redalyc, Scopus, Ebsco y Alicia-Concytec. Se concluye que el planeamiento estratégico es una herramienta importante para el desarrollo del sector agroindustrial en el Perú, y que debe centrarse en la implementación de la política pública del sector con el fin de alcanzar la competitividad a través de la tecnología e innovación, para lograr productos con valor agregado. Así mismo, mediante el planeamiento estratégico se busca articular los tres niveles de gobierno para solucionar los problemas del sector agroindustrial, de acuerdo a sus funciones de manera integral.

    The objective of this review article is to analyze previous research on strategic planning in Peruvian agribusiness; the bibliographic method was used to analyze scientific articles related to the topic, and under a qualitative approach. The scope of the research is descriptive and its design is non-experimental, cross-sectional. The information was collected in databases such as: Redalyc, Scopus, Ebsco and Alicia-Concytec. It is concluded that strategic planning is an important tool for the development of the agroindustrial sector in Peru, and that it should focus on the implementation of the sector's public policy in order to achieve competitiveness through technology and innovation, to achieve value-added products. Likewise, through strategic planning, it seeks to articulate the three levels of government to solve the problems of the agroindustrial sector, according to their functions in an integral manner.
